“I first touched clay around 18 years ago when my children gave me the gift of a class at Doe Ridge under Bob Meier. It quickly became my passion! I love the sculptural side of clay…the various textures and effect that these cause to glazes. My favorite things to make are my “Ladies” and the nontraditional face jugs. They are a joy to me to create and even more to see that what I do, with the humble medium of clay, and how I can actually bring joy to another person. This is my fulfillment."
